Change to Collection Tube Requirement for Complete Blood Count and Hemoglobin A1c - (ON Only)

Effective December 11^th, 2023, Dynacare will only require one lavender (EDTA) tube to be collected when Complete Blood Count (CBC) and Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) are both ordered on the same patient.
